Privacy & Cookie Policy
RESTRICTED North & South America Tour 2026 · Last updated June 2026
This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you sign up for, or buy tickets to, the RESTRICTED North & South America Tour 2026. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are (Data Controller)
The data controller is SELL OUT EVENTS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16969547, incorporated on 16 January 2026), with its registered office at 1394 Ashton Old Road, Manchester, England, M11 1JX. RESTRICTED is a tour promoted by Sell Out Events Ltd.
What we collect
- Details you give us on the sign-up form: your email address, mobile phone number, and the tour dates and cities you are interested in.
- Technical and usage data collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers set by cookies and tracking pixels.
How we use your data, and our lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. We use it to:
- send you presale access, presale codes and ticket information for the RESTRICTED North & South America Tour;
- send you marketing by email and SMS about this tour and other events organised or promoted by Sell Out Events Ltd;
- measure and improve the performance of our advertising and this website.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing carried out before you withdraw it.
Email & SMS marketing
By signing up you are opting in to receive marketing communications from Sell Out Events Ltd by email and SMS. We send these only where you have given consent, and every message includes an easy way to opt out. Marketing emails include our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we do not send marketing text messages without your express consent. Every marketing email and text message we send includes an opt-out (an unsubscribe link in emails, and STOP for text messages). Using these opts you out automatically and immediately, so you do not need to contact us to unsubscribe.
Cookies, tracking pixels & advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including marketing and analytics tracking pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how visitors use the site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to show you relevant ads on third-party platforms. These tools may set cookies and share certain data (such as a hashed identifier, your IP address and actions taken on the site) with the relevant platform. Where required these are used only with your consent. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with trusted parties who help us run the tour, and we never sell it:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our CRM, our email and SMS sending platforms, and official ticketing partners;
- Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta) for measurement and marketing, as described above;
- authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.
Where your data is processed (international transfers)
Sell Out Events Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, so personal data you submit, including data from residents of the United States and Canada, is transferred to and processed in the UK and the European Economic Area. Some of our service providers (for example Meta) may also process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we continue to respect your choice.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Your rights - United States residents
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal data we collect about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data.
The categories we collect are set out under "What we collect" above: identifiers (such as your email address, phone number and IP address), your event and city preferences, and internet activity such as how you interact with our ads and website. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your personal data for money.
We do use advertising cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) that may share online identifiers with advertising partners. Under some state laws this can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal data for targeted advertising. To opt out of marketing emails and texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any text message, which takes effect automatically. To opt out of advertising cookies and pixels, disable advertising cookies in your browser or use a recognised opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Your rights - Canadian residents
If you are in Canada you have rights under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, under Law 25, including the right to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Children
This website and our marketing are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
